About Fashioinista

Fashioinista is an online fashion store operated from London. We bring together womenswear, shoes, bags, jewellery, watches and accessories in one place, so you can find current styles without hunting across a dozen sites.

What we do

We are a curated retailer. We do not design or manufacture the items we sell — we select them. Our work is choosing which pieces from our suppliers are worth your money, and then presenting them properly: accurate sizing, clear photography from several angles, and descriptions that tell you what the item actually is.

We would rather carry fewer things and describe them honestly than list everything and leave you guessing.

Where your order comes from

We fulfil orders from several locations, including Hong Kong, depending on the item and the delivery address. Standard delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after dispatch, and orders are processed within 4 business days before that.

We put this on our About page rather than burying it, because the right expectation before you order is worth more to us than a sale that disappoints. Full details are on our Shipping Policy page, and our Refund Policy sets out how returns work.
