Choosing a size

Sizes run S to 5XL. If you fall between two sizes, take the larger one. Measurements are taken by hand, so allow a small variation of 2-3 cm.

Care

General guidance for foil-printed polyester: wash cold on a gentle cycle, inside out. Do not tumble dry, and press on a cool setting from the reverse side so the foil is never in direct contact with the iron.
