Choosing a size

The run is M through 4XL. Seamless nylon and spandex stretches a long way, so it will pull on over a size it is not cut for — but a brief that has to stretch to fit is the one that rolls at the leg. Take your usual size, and go up one if you are between sizes or prefer full coverage.

Care

Wash cool, ideally in a mesh bag, and hang to dry. Heat is what breaks spandex, so keep them out of the tumble dryer and off the radiator. No bleach and no fabric softener — softener coats the fibre and kills the stretch.
